Damon Montal

Damon Montal is an experienced career consultant currently serving as a Senior Career Consultant at Keystone Partners since June 2024. Prior to this role, Damon worked for The Ayers Group, a division of Kelly Services, from September 1999 to August 2024 as an Executive Career Management Consultant, coaching mid-level to senior-level managers and executives from premier NYC corporations. Damon facilitated group strategy sessions and designed and delivered various training seminars. Damon holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
