Marisa Paterson

Marisa Paterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, coaching, and business psychology. As the Founder of Wetherell Place since October 2016, Paterson has also served as an Executive Coach at Keystone Partners and as a Business Psychologist & Strategic Alliance Partner at Audrey McGuckin Talent Solutions since 2018. Previously, Paterson held the position of Specialist Leader at Deloitte, overseeing executive-level talent management solutions from 2012 to 2016, and worked as a Business Psychologist at Kaisen Consulting Ltd. from 2005 to 2012. Paterson's career began as an Independent Management Consultant before serving as VP of Management Consulting at Keane Consulting Group from 1997 to 2000. Marisa Paterson earned an MSc in Occupational Psychology from The Queen's University, Belfast in 1987.
