Alice Hutfield

Alice Hutfield is an accomplished professional in acquisitions and surveying, currently serving as the Head of Acquisitions at KFC UK & Ireland since May 2014. Alice has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Acquisition Manager, Acquisition Manager, Franchise Development Manager, and Estates Surveyor. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Surveyor at Stroud District Council and an Estate Management Surveyor at Sainsbury's. Alice began professional training as a Graduate Trainee at PJK Chartered Surveyors. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Surveying from the University of Reading and an LLB in Law from the University of Plymouth, complemented by a foundational education at Wells Cathedral School.
