Sunshine B.

Sunshine B. currently serves as a Scientific Challenge Solver at LBR Impact Innovation and is a Task Force Member and Public Health Research Strategist for Kidsave, focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. As the founder and Public Health Strategist of the AmnAya Organization, Sunshine B. promotes traditional ecological knowledge to address contemporary public health challenges. Additional experience includes roles as a Doctoral Graduate Research Assistant at Tulane University, Community Outreach & Strategic Partnerships Environmental Toxicologist for the Louisiana Department of Health, and various research and teaching positions at Tulane's School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Sunshine B. holds a Doctor of Public Health degree in Leadership, Advocacy, and Equity from Tulane University, along with multiple other relevant educational qualifications, including a Certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning from MIT.
