Tina Joshi

Tina Joshi's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies. Starting in 2006, they worked at Bank of America as a Process Associate, handling bank reconciliation operations. In 2008, they interned at Intercon International as a Recruitment Intern, where they conducted a research project and designed a performance appraisal system for the team. From 2009 to 2017, Tina worked at Acuvate Software Pvt. Ltd, initially as a Business Development Manager, then as a Business Analyst, and finally as a Project Manager. In 2017, they joined Technovert as the Lead of the Project Management Office. In 2020, Tina worked at Anita Electricals as an Amazon FBA, before becoming an Independent Design Consultant in 2021. Currently, Tina is the Design Operations Lead at UXReactor, where they have implemented a structured framework for managing client projects.

Tina Joshi has a diverse educational background. Tina attended DesignBoat UI/UX School from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained a degree in UX/UI. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from St. Francis College for Women, from 2008 to 2009. Tina also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the same college, which they completed from 2003 to 2006.

Tina's primary education was completed at St. Ann's High School, Secunderabad, from 1989 to 2003, where they obtained their ICSE & ISC certifications. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in UX/UI from the DesignBoat UI/UX School in September 2021.
