Clive Watson

Appointed to the Board as a Non-executive Director on 29 March 2020. Mr. Watson is currently the Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Breedon Group plc, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of discoverIE Group plc and Senior Independent Director, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a Member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees of Trifast plc.

He was previously a non-executive director of Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, where he was the Senior Independent Director and the Chair of the Audit Committee.

During his executive career, Mr. Watson was the Group Finance Director at Spectris plc from 2006-2019, having previously held a number of senior finance positions at Borealis, Thorn Lighting Group and The Black & Decker Corporation.
