Phil Fordham

Phil Fordham currently serves as the Head of Cost Planning at Kier Group since December 2023. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of MEP Senior Cost Planner at SES Engineering Services from February 2020 to December 2023. Phil has extensive experience in commercial management and cost planning, having worked as a Commercial Director at Group GA and as an M&E Estimator & Cost Manager at Como Group. Earlier career roles include Mechanical Estimator at DGR Mechanical Services Ltd and Halsion Ltd, as well as a Project Manager at Halsion Ltd and a Mechanical Professional Trainee at SPIE Matthew Hall. Phil holds an ONC/HNC in Building Services Engineering from the University of Kent.
