Throughout a career that began as a Land Surveyor at Sisemore, Sack, Sisemore & Associates, James has demonstrated expertise in managing survey projects, supervising teams, and training staff. James’s education includes a degree in Cadastral Land Surveying from the Bureau of Land Management and studies at Oklahoma State University.
