Francois Maillard

Francois Maillard is an experienced estimating manager with a strong background in civil engineering, holding a B.S. from the University of Central Florida. Currently serving as Estimating Manager and Lead Estimator at Kiewit since January 2020, Francois previously held the position of Chief Estimator at PCS Civil, Inc. from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Francois worked as a Senior/Lead Estimator at Dragados USA, Inc. from 2014 to 2018 and at SNC-Lavalin from 2011 to 2014.
