Annie Caldwell

Annie Caldwell is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and client services. Currently serving as Vice President of Leasing at Kilroy Realty Corporation since November 2018, Annie has advanced through various roles including Manager and Associate in Leasing. Prior to this, Annie worked at CBRE for four years, starting as a Sales Analyst and progressing to Associate in Agency Leasing. Annie began the career at Marcus & Millichap as a Sales Assistant. Academically, Annie holds degrees from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
