Andy Wycislo

Andy Wycislo is the Head of Agricultural Operations at Kimberly-Clark, where Andy is responsible for leading business development and managing relationships with partners in various agricultural sectors. Prior to this role, Andy served as the Lead Agronomist at Kimberly-Clark, collaborating with the Ag R&D team to develop sustainable alternative fibers. With a background in agronomy and research, Andy has worked in various roles in the agricultural industry, including as a Midwest & Western Agronomist at Waypoint Analytical and as a Biomass Research Specialist at the University of Illinois. Andy holds a PhD in Crop Sciences from the University of Illinois, an MS in Horticulture from the University of Arkansas, and a BS in Horticulture from the University of Illinois.
