Bill Wegmann

Bill Wegmann has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as Vice President of Construction for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions at Kimco Realty Corporation since January 2000. In this role, Wegmann oversees entitlements for development projects and manages a construction team, collaborating closely with the leasing department on construction-related activities tied to lease agreements. Prior to Kimco Realty, Wegmann held the position of Project Manager at Obrecht-Phoenix Contractors from 1988 to 2000, where responsibilities included sales, marketing, and construction management. Wegmann began their career as a Project Manager at Swirnow Building Systems from 1984 to 1988, focusing on predevelopment and project coordination. Wegmann holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina, earned between 1979 and 1983.
