Erin Lorenzana

Erin Lorenzana is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in leasing and marketing. Since August 2011, Erin has held multiple positions at Kimco Realty Corporation, a prominent real estate investment trust, progressing from Leasing Associate to Director of Real Estate. Key responsibilities have included preparing leasing proposals, managing deals, and compiling marketing packages. Prior to Kimco Realty, Erin worked as a Marketing & Research Coordinator at Commercial Properties, Inc. and as a Licensed Marketing Coordinator at NAI Horizon, among other roles. Erin holds an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
