Meagan Chan

Meagan Chan, EIT, is a Civil Analyst at Kimley-Horn, specializing in transit design since September 2021. Notable projects include the Caltrain Corridor Crossing Strategy, VTA BART Phase II Extension, and multiple quiet zone analyses in Palo Alto and Menlo Park. Prior experience includes an internship at HNTB where Meagan worked on horizontal alignments in Bentley Power Rail, and a role at RailPros focused on traffic engineering and track design. Meagan also served as Vice President and Secretary of the RainWorks Club at Cal Poly, contributing to stormwater management projects.
