Michelle Barkley

Michelle Barkley, EIT, CFM, is a Surface Water Civil Analyst at Kimley-Horn, with previous experience as a Senior Engineer at Colliers Engineering & Design and Hydrology and Hydraulics EIT at KFW Engineers & Surveying. Michelle's academic background includes working as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio, contributing to water remediation research and earning recognition in the EPA Region 6 Outstanding Green Infrastructure/LID Project Competition. Additional internships at the U.S. Department of Energy and Los Alamos National Laboratory provided extensive experience in safety standards, data analysis, and environmental regulations. Michelle holds a degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completed in 2019.
