William Roll

William Roll has extensive experience in transportation planning and project management, currently serving as an Associate and Senior Project Manager at Kimley-Horn since September 2013. Prior to this role, William held the position of Associate Principal and Director of Multimodal Transportation Planning at Tindale-Oliver & Associates, Inc. from August 1995 to August 2013. William began their career as a Transportation Planner at Volusia County MPO from February 1993 to August 1995, and also served as a Lieutenant at Volusia County Fire Services from 1992 to 1995. William holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, obtained between 1994 and 1996, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Stetson University, completed from 1991 to 1994.
