Kelsy Kennedy

Kelsy Kennedy has extensive experience in claims operations, currently serving as a Claims Operations Consultant at Kin Insurance since August 2021, where previous roles included Director of Claims Operations and Senior Claims Operations Manager. Prior to this, Kelsy worked at Progressive Insurance from July 2018 to August 2021, holding positions as Manager of Business Process and Manager of Claim Support. Kelsy's career in claims support began at ASI™, where a role as Supervisor of Claim Support was held from March 2012 to May 2017. Kelsy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University.
