Latoya Edwards

LaToya Edwards is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel at KIND since June 2021, LaToya has developed a strong expertise in corporate legal matters. Prior to this role, LaToya worked as a Corporate Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from 2014 to 2021 and at Allen & Overy LLP from 2010 to 2014. LaToya began a legal career as a Judicial Clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California from 2009 to 2010. LaToya earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Duke University School of Law in 2009.
