Audrey Silver is a seasoned underwriting professional with extensive experience in both residential and commercial loan underwriting, specializing in Non-QM, Jumbo, and portfolio loans. Currently serving as a Senior Non-QM Underwriter at Kind Lending, Audrey has held various significant positions, including Underwriter IV at Emporium TPO and Underwriting & Construction Draw Manager at Aureus Finance Group, where expertise in managing complex real estate financing and asset management was demonstrated. Prior roles include underwriting at WestGen Lending, LoanStream Mortgage, and Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions, alongside a substantial tenure at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where Audrey consistently increased lending authority and managed high-profile client transactions.
