Scott Doherty

Scott Doherty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team leadership and account management. As a Team Lead at Kindred Group plc since May 2021, Scott oversees a team of four across multiple offices and brands in over 15 markets, focusing on performance, strategy, team development, and wellbeing while meeting KPIs. Prior to this, Scott held various positions at Brainlabs from July 2017 to April 2021, progressing from Account Manager to Senior Biddable Director, where responsibilities included managing substantial budgets, fostering client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives. Earlier roles included Bureau Administrator at STC Energy, intern positions at Westminster City Council and the Department for Communities and Local Government, and Facilities Manager at York Court Management. Scott holds a degree in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester.
