The Operations and Process Management team at Kinetix oversees the optimization and efficiency of all recruitment and HR consulting processes. Comprised of the COO, Operations Coordinator, Manager of Process and Development, and Chief of Staff | Project Manager, this team is responsible for streamlining workflows, managing projects, and ensuring that all operational procedures align with the company’s goals and clients’ needs.
