Jessica Summerton-Moore

Jessica Summerton-Moore is currently serving as the Construction Workforce Coordinator for King County, WA, a role held since November 2024. Prior to this position, Jessica held multiple roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, including YouthForce Program Director, WIOA Program Director, and Case Manager from April 2021 to November 2024. Between August 2017 and October 2020, Jessica worked as a Juvenile Services Professional for Boulder County. Earlier experience includes serving as a Shift Manager at Starbucks and as a Lead Facilitator at the Miami University Outdoor Pursuit Center. Jessica holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Criminal Justice from the University of Colorado Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
