Ameera Balhareth

Ameera Balhareth is a distinguished professional in the field of surgery, currently serving as the Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer and Director of the Colorectal Fellowship Program at King Fahad Specialist Hospital Dammam since January 2018. Additionally, Ameera holds the positions of General & Colorectal Surgeon, Director of Clinical Training Administration, and Head of the Physicians Training Department at the same institution. Since March 2019, Ameera has been an ESCP Fellow with the European Society of Coloproctology. Ameera's extensive training includes a Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and experience as a Colorectal Fellow at Beaumont Hospital from 2015 to 2017. Ameera earned a General Surgery Specialist degree from the General Surgery Residency Training in The Eastern Province of KSA and an MBBS in Medicine and Surgery from King Faisal University.
