Omar Alyamani

Omar Alyamani, MBBS, D.ABA, currently serves as an Exam Committee Member for the Pain Medicine Fellowship at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties since March 2024. In addition, Omar holds multiple leadership roles at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, including Pain Services Section Head in the Department of Anesthesiology and Deputy Director of Perioperative Services, where responsibilities encompass management of perioperative services, quality analysis, and project management. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor and Consultant Physician of Anesthesiology at the University of Maryland Baltimore, alongside several key roles at King AbdulAziz University and other prestigious institutions. Educational qualifications include fellowship training in Obstetric Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, alongside dual residency training in Anesthesiology from both Tufts University and Wayne State University, culminating in a medical degree from King Abdulaziz University.
