Jelena Ardalic

Jelena Ardalic is a highly experienced technical solutions expert with a diverse background in telecommunications and network management. Currently at KING ICT since September 2022, Jelena previously worked as a Data and Voice Network Expert at ITeRATIO d.d., where involvement in the development of the Multiservice ATM-Grade Network (MAGNet) was prominent. Jelena holds extensive experience as a Senior System Engineer Specialist in the IP communication sector at Combis d.o.o., and has also provided technical support for Cisco's Collaboration solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zagreb, with ongoing studies at the same institution. Additionally, Jelena has actively contributed to initiatives supporting women in technical leadership roles.
