Annamarie Rooding

Annamarie Rooding is a distinguished legal professional and partner at King & Wood Mallesons since February 2023. Rooding serves as a moderator at the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership and a non-executive director for WEstjustice and the 50-50 Foundation, providing pro bono contributions to organizations focused on ethical leadership and equitable access to legal resources. Prior experience includes roles as director and principal at Principled Workplace Consulting, special counsel and general counsel at Tabcorp, and various legal positions at King & Wood Mallesons, including senior legal counsel and senior associate specializing in employment and workplace relations law. Rooding holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Laws with first-class honors and a Master’s in Labour Relations Law, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Ethics & Legal Studies.
