Caroline Tait

Caroline Tait is a highly experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law. Currently serving as Special Counsel at King & Wood Mallesons since July 2022, Tait has previously held similar positions at Baker McKenzie from February 2018 to June 2022 and at Incitec Pivot Limited as Corporate Counsel from March to December 2017. Tait's earlier career includes roles as a Lawyer at TAIT Lawyers, Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Tait commenced a legal career at King & Wood Mallesons as a Solicitor from March 2000 to May 2005. Tait holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with First Class Honours from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Kaplan Australia.
