Emma White

Emma White is a Senior Associate and Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution group at King & Wood Mallesons’ Sydney office, specializing in corporate/commercial litigation and insurance advisory and disputes. With a comprehensive background that includes starting as a Summer Clerk and serving as Tipstaff to the Honourable Justice Peter Hall, Emma has developed significant expertise in dispute resolution, real estate, and mergers & acquisitions. Emma holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney. Additionally, Emma played a pivotal role as Vice-President (Sponsorship & Careers) for the UTS Law Students' Society, where responsibilities included securing sponsorships and managing career-related events.
