Julian Santangelo

Julian Santangelo currently serves as the Head of Performance and Strategy and the Head of Remuneration, Reward & Performance at King & Wood Mallesons, a position held since December 2015. Prior to this role, Julian held the position of Head of Performance and Reward at News Corp from 2014 to 2016, where responsibilities included driving remuneration and performance alignment with strategic priorities. Julian also served as the Global Performance and Reward Leader at GrainCorp from 2012 to 2014, overseeing global HR policies and performance management. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at PwC Australia, encompassing Remuneration and Reward Leader and Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility Leader between 2006 and 2012, as well as a position as Remuneration and Benefits Manager at Optus from 2002 to 2006. Julian holds a degree in Science, Mathematical Statistics from the University of Newcastle, completed in 1997.
