Shenn Tan

Shenn Tan is a Senior Associate in Banking & Finance at King & Wood Mallesons since August 2022, focusing on traditional bank lending and leveraged/structured finance. Prior to this role, Shenn served as a Legal Counsel for the Asia Pacific region at Crédit industriel et commercial (CIC) from August 2021 to August 2022, specializing in loans and syndications in the APAC market. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate in Banking & Finance at Rajah & Tann Asia from July 2019 to August 2021, where Shenn dealt with structured and corporate financings in Southeast Asia. Shenn holds an LL.B. (Hons) degree from the University of Bristol, earned between 2012 and 2015, and completed a summer programme at Harvard University in 2013.
