Sunny Wong

Sunny Wong is a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions since November 2020. Previously, Sunny held the position of Associate at Baker McKenzie from April 2019 to October 2020 and at Fangda Partners from April 2015 to March 2019. Sunny's career began with a Trainee Solicitor role, focusing on Dispute Resolution and IPO before transitioning to Mergers & Acquisitions. Sunny gained earlier experience as a Paralegal in the Legal Services Division at the Securities and Futures Commission and as a Corporate Paralegal at Bird & Bird. Sunny holds a PCLL from The University of Hong Kong, a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCL.
