Marlena Pal is an experienced professional in executive support and project management, currently serving as the Executive Project Manager to the Founder, Senior Partner, and Partner at Kingsley Gate since August 2015. Marlena has played a pivotal role in an established global executive search firm that specializes in identifying top executive leaders across various industries. Previously, Marlena held multiple executive assistant roles at Kingsley Gate, supporting the Global Talent Acquisition Team from 2019 to 2024, and served as the New York Office Manager and Facilities Manager at CTPartners, where expertise in C-Suite and board searches was developed.
