Mike Papadakis

Mike Papadakis is an experienced leader in the mining and metallurgical sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Manager at Tasiast for Kinross Gold Corporation since January 2018. Mike's previous roles at Kinross include Senior Director of Chile Studies and Deputy General Manager for the Udinsk Project. Prior experience includes Project Manager and Mill Manager at Guyana Goldfields Inc., Process Plant Manager at Luna Gold Corp., and Process Plant Operations Manager at Detour Gold Corporation. Additional experience encompasses managerial positions at Xstrata Process Support and African Barrick Gold, where contributions were made as Process Plant Manager at the Bulyanhulu Gold Mine. Early career began at Goldcorp Inc. as a Senior Metallurgist and Barrick Gold Corporation as a Mill Metallurgist.
