Timo Schwarz

Timo Schwarz has a range of work experience in the human resources field. Timo is currently serving as the Director of Talent Attraction & Retention at KION Group since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of HR Thuringia at Funke Mediengruppe GmbH & Co. KGaA from June 2018 to June 2020. Before that, they held various roles at VRM, including Head of HR Development & Recruiting, HR Business Partner, HR Manager Vocational Training, and Vocational Training, from September 2008 to June 2018.

Timo Schwarz earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Resource Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics from FernUniversität in Hagen from 2010 to 2014. Timo also attended Berufsbildende Schule III Mainz Wirtschaft, Verwaltung und Gesundheit from 2008 to 2011 and obtained their Abitur (German high school diploma) from Bischöfliches Willigis-Gymnasium from 1999 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Timo completed the "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" course from Coursera in an unspecified year.
