Andrea Rascón

Andrea Rascón, M.S., serves as the Scholarship Coordinator & Alumni Success Advisor at KIPP Colorado Schools, where the focus is on supporting DACA and undocumented alumni in their post-secondary success. With extensive experience in various educational roles, Andrea has contributed as Past President, President, President Elect, and Secretary of the Colorado Coalition for the Educational Advancement of Latinxs (CoCEAL), enhancing access and support for Latinx students. Prior positions include Career Counselor at the University of Northern Colorado, Academic Coach at the Community College of Aurora, and International Admissions Counselor at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Northern Colorado.
