The Leadership Team at KIPP Colorado Public Schools is responsible for setting the strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving academic outcomes across all schools in the network. Comprised of key executives such as the Chief Operations & Strategy Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Academic Officer, Chief People Officer, Principal, and Chief Financial Officer, this team collaboratively works to implement rigorous academic programs, foster strong character development, and support the KIPP Through College initiative to prepare students for collegiate and lifelong success.
