KIPP Massachusetts is a family of joyful, academically rigorous public schools located in Boston and Lynn. KIPP Massachusetts is a shared brand name that oversees and supports our two districts: KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School and KIPP Academy Boston Charter School. KIPP Massachusetts is embedded in the communities we work where we co-author with our families to best support our students.

We believe every student walks through the doors of school bearing gifts. Talent. Perspective. Drive. Inspiration. So at KIPP Public Schools, we support every student to see those gifts, then build the skills and confidence they need to pursue their highest aspirations.

Currently, KIPP MA has 5 schools in the region.  KIPP Academy Lynn Elementary (K-2nd), KIPP Academy Lynn (5th-8th), KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate (9th-12th), KIPP Academy Boston (5th-8th), and KIPP Academy Boston Elementary (K-3rd).

The Academic Management Team at KIPP Massachusetts oversees the academic strategy and implementation for all KIPP schools within the region. This team collaborates to develop and enforce curricula, monitor academic performance, provide student support services, and ensure academic standards are maintained across all grade levels. They work closely with teachers, students, and families to create an enriching and inclusive educational environment that enables every student to realize their highest potential.
