Ivanna Jimenez

Ivanna Jimenez currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at KIPP NYC, a position held since December 2024, where leadership focuses on strengthening relationships with students, families, and community partners. Prior to this role, Ivanna was associated with the Student Leadership Network from February 2019 to November 2024, advancing from Associate Director to Senior Manager of College Access and Director of College Counseling. Previous experience includes roles at KIPP NYC from January 2016 to February 2019 as Manager of College Counseling and College/Career Advisor, as well as various positions at Inwood Community Services, Inc. and the Children's Aid Society. Ivanna holds a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Sociology, and Women Studies from the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
