Lily Nhoisaykham

Lily Nhoisaykham serves as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Financial Officer at KIPP Texas Public Schools, having joined the organization following its merger of four major entities. Prior to this role, Lily co-founded SolSisters, a pilot initiative to deliver affordable solar power to underserved communities in Namibia and Botswana, and worked as a consultant at RealFoundations, focusing on various real estate sectors. Early career experiences include an internship at eBay Inc., where enhancements were identified for internal tools, and roles at SXSW Style X and other organizations that involved increasing sales and community engagement. Lily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the Texas McCombs School of Business and participated in a semester study abroad program at ESCP Business School.
