Nikki Grice Winsett

Nikki Grice Winsett currently serves as the Director of Talent Development at KIPP Texas Public Schools, a position held since July 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Schools at Compass Rose Public Schools from July 2021 to July 2024, and various leadership positions at KIPP Texas Public Schools from July 2015 to June 2021, including School Leader and Assistant School Leader. Additionally, Nikki held the position of Director and Manager of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach For America San Antonio from June 2011 to May 2015, and began a teaching career at Houston ISD from 2009 to 2011. Nikki earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Trinity University in 2017 and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations/Image Management from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009.
