Rafael Vazquez

Rafael Vazquez is a consultant at MGT since January 2024 and previously served as an Academic Program Specialist II for MBA Programs at the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business from April to December 2023. Before that, Rafael was a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Sorority & Fraternity Life at the University of Florida from August 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included advising the Interfraternity Council and facilitating recruitment for over 1,000 participants. Additional experience includes roles such as Graduate Intern for New Student Orientation at the University of Georgia and NASPA Undergraduate Intern at Eastern Michigan University, both in 2022, as well as a Campus Life Student Assistant and Orientation Leader at Florida International University between 2018 and 2021. Rafael holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Florida International University, along with certificates in Social Media E-Marketing and Leadership Studies.
