Mary Miles

Mary Miles is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional with a notable career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as EVP and Lead for Employee Value Proposition at Kiwibank since March 2018, Mary collaborates with corporate leaders to address their staffing needs. Previous roles include Talent Sourcing Specialist at Auckland Council, where Mary contributed to the "Fit for the Future" project for library restructuring, and various consulting positions for start-ups focusing on IT.
