Zach Heywood

Zach Heywood is an experienced Agile Coach currently embedded within the Lending Domain at the Bank of New Zealand since July 2022. Prior to this role, Zach served as a Sidecar Contractor and Consultant at Redvespa Consultants Limited, where expertise in Agile methodologies was applied across various organizations. Zach's experience includes acting as a Scrum Master for the ERS Programme at the Ministry of Education, providing Agile Business Analysis for both the Office of the Privacy Commissioner and ACC New Zealand, and contributing to digital transformation projects at Fletcher Building. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Information Systems from Victoria University of Wellington, Zach's career showcases a commitment to enhancing organizational effectiveness through Agile practices.
