Lea-Sophie Cramer

Lea-Sophie Cramer is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently, Cramer serves as the founder of Ten More In, and has co-hosted the podcast Fast & Curious since March 2022. In addition, Cramer holds advisory roles at KKR and Wella Company, and is a non-executive board director at Wella. As the founder of cramer.capital since 2012, Cramer has also been involved with Ifolor Group as a board advisor and previously played a significant role with Amorelie as founder and CEO, promoting a modern approach to love life products. Cramer's early career included key international leadership positions at Groupon and Rocket Internet GmbH. Cramer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and Nagoya University, along with executive leadership coaching training.
