Nimesh Mathur is an experienced professional in customer success and people management, currently serving as an investor at Klaar, Supersourcing, and NomadGao since 2023. Prior to this, Nimesh held leadership roles including Head of People Success & Talent Acquisition at Haptik, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of personnel management, and Head of Customer Success for Branch and Pluralsight, focusing on revenue retention and skill development in enterprise companies. Nimesh contributed significantly to HackerRank as the Head of Customer Success for Asia, where a foundational customer success function was developed, along with managing an Academic Outreach Program that strengthened the developer community. Nimesh began the professional journey as a Software Engineer at Cognizant after earning a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Rajasthan.
