Morgan Jacobson

Morgan Jacobson is a seasoned professional in go-to-market enablement, currently serving as the Senior Director of GTM Enablement at Klaviyo since July 2024, where responsibilities include building out the enablement function and hiring for various roles. Previously, Morgan held several positions at HubSpot over a 13-year tenure, culminating in the role of Senior Director of GTM Enablement, where oversight of global field enablement supported over 5,000 sales and customer success teams. Earlier roles at HubSpot included Principal Manager of Sales Enablement and Senior Manager of Ecommerce Industry Sales and Operations, during which Morgan focused on strategic enablement and enhancing product support for the Ecommerce sector. Morgan began the career at Brafton Inc. as an Inside Sales professional and holds a B.S. in Social Psychology from UMass Boston, along with a unique educational experience through Semester at Sea in 2009.
