Shantanu Déshpandé

Shantanu Déshpandé is an experienced product manager with a strong background in product development and management across various industries, currently serving as Group Product Manager for Personal Protective Equipment and Illumination products at Klein Tools since March 2016. Previously, Shantanu held significant roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, managing product roadmaps for Kenmore Major Cooking Appliances and Dishwashers, and at Shure Incorporated, where achievements included supporting award-winning product lines and developing manufacturing processes.
