Hailey Garcia

Hailey Garcia is an Engineering Fellow at Kleiner Perkins and has held various roles in organizations focused on education and technology. As a Course Facilitator with the Students Of Color Environmental Collective, Hailey contributed to fostering inclusive learning environments. Additionally, experience as an Associate Product Management Intern at Duolingo and as a Latinas de RTC Leader with Rewriting the Code highlights a commitment to diversity and empowerment in tech. Hailey also served as an AI/ML Fellow with Break Through Tech. Currently enrolled in the UC Berkeley Management, Entrepreneurship, & Technology program, Hailey is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science alongside a degree in Business Administration, expected to graduate in May 2025.
