Pascal Spycher

Pascal Spycher is an experienced professional in the fields of talent acquisition, human resources, and applied artificial intelligence. Currently serving as an instructor at Klubschule Pro. since January 2025, Pascal focuses on ethical AI use and integration strategies in various sectors such as HR. As the founder of both Improtheater Workshop Schweiz and Spycher Creative Solutions, Pascal has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills since 2017. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager at Sonova Group and Human Resources Lead at Capgemini Invent, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and managing HR processes for large teams. Earlier career experience includes positions at Accenture DACH and crowdhouse.ch, with a solid foundation in sales and marketing from tenures at Bühler Group and technical training in automation engineering. Pascal is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economic Psychology at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
