Steve Gladow

Steve Gladow is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in product development and engineering management. Currently at KMW, Ltd. since February 2024, Steve previously held multiple roles at Chance Rides, LLC from August 2013 to March 2024, including New Product Development Manager and Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager positions at Collins Bus Corporation from April 2005 to February 2013 and at AGCO Corporation from 2000 to 2005 as an Advanced Development Engineer. Early career contributions were made at Femco Inc. from April 1994 to August 2000 as an Engineer/Engineering Manager, and as Engineering Liaison at Collins Bus Corporation from May 1992 to April 1994. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Kansas State University, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
